All Steps of the Application Process
You must submit your transcripts through the AMCAS. They will be redirected to the NYU School of Medicine automatically.
The Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) is required of all applicants.
You must submit through the AMCAS Letter Service a premedical committee appraisal letter (preferred) or two letters of recommendation from professors who taught you in courses (at least one in science). Nontraditional applicants are encouraged to submit two letters of recommendation from colleagues with whom you have worked closely.
