All Steps of the Application Process
Unofficial transcripts are fine for the purposes of the Darden application process, and the Darden requires transcripts for all degree-related coursework. An unofficial transcript is a transcript issued directly to you. It could be in the form of a PDF download or a document you scan and upload to your application. An official transcript is a transcript issued directly from the institution in question to our office.
In our full-time MBA application process, Darden accepts several standardized tests — GMAT, GRE, Executive Assessment (EA), MCAT and LSAT. It is up to you to choose the highest score and to apply it. Note that you have to apply the test scores that are related to your chosen specialization.
Candidates who received their bachelor's degree from a university where the medium of instruction was English are not required to take an English language assessment test (i.e., they are exempt).
You are required to submit two recommendations as part of Darden application process. The general advice from the Darden admission committee : Identify people who will be strong advocates for you in the process and will help us learn more about your accomplishments and leadership potential.
For most full-time MBA applicants, a one- or two-page resume is sufficient. In the section of Employment History, you will provide basic details about your various roles and responsibilities. Consider using your resume to highlight your leadership and impact. In addition, a resume is also an opportunity to display your personality and offer insights about your passions and interests. Hobbies, favorite activities, books you’ve read recently, podcasts you’re currently listening to, countries you’ve visited.

An evaluative interview is conducted by invitation only after your application has been submitted and reviewed by the admissions committee. What International Applicants to School of Bussiness Must Have
